What is the Turnaround Time?Standard Delivery is 4-6 Business Days. 2 Day Rush Rates are available.

What is the best File Size/File Type to use?We work with any still image asset. For photos this includes JPEG, PSD, PNG, TIFF. If you have design elements on the image like text, a PSD design file is preferred. Send in the best size you have. We can upscale older historical images.

Where are you located?Winnipeg, MB, Canada. We serve clients Internationally.

What is the Pricing?Pricing is per photo or PSD depending on the type of project. You can find all Photo pricing on the home page. Explore the website menu for more project types.

Do I have the full rights to the animations?Yes! You hold Universal License in perpetuity. And we never post or use the completed animation without your permission.

Can I make notes and suggestions for my PicDrift?Yes you can send notes and direction for any special requests. There is a place in the order form to do this. You can also Contact Us with special requests.

Can I make changes to the animation once I receive it?Yes! We provide Unlimited Changes until you are satisfied.
