What is the best File Size/File Type to use?We work with any still image asset. For photos this includes JPEG, PSD, PNG, TIFF. If you have design elements on the image like text, a PSD design file is preferred. Send in the best size you have. We can upscale older historical images.

Do I have the full rights to the animations?Yes! You hold Universal License in perpetuity. And we never post or use the completed animation without your permission.

Can I make notes and suggestions for my PicDrift?Yes you can send notes and direction for any special requests. There is a place in the order form to do this. You can also Contact Us with special requests.

Can I make changes to the animation once I receive it?Yes! We provide Unlimited Changes until you are satisfied.
