PicDrift artist breakdown:

I decided to go with a lateral camera move to emphasize the movement of the trees which contributes to a more noticeable parallax effect. This decision presented me with the main challenge of this animation, which is to figure out where exactly I need to cut the layers that seamlessly blend the foreground, midground, and background together.

I used the puppet tool to animate the girl bending slightly backward which added to the realism and also put the dust particles in the air to make the camera move more noticeable.

The final touch was to add the lens flare and the lens scratches in the corner, which made the animation complete.
